The interview process was smooth and respectful. It began with a chat with the Talent Acquisition team to discuss role fit. Following that, I had a discussion with senior technical team members who explained how their team operates, what the day-to-day responsibilities entail, and inquired about my experience and technical expertise. The final round involved a conversation with the VP, focusing on my communication skills, project and time management abilities, and other competencies.
The interview process was totally messed up and a big waste of time. They kept asking me to double-check my email, click on links that didn't work, and give them info they didn't need, which just showed how bad their communication was and how unprofessional they seemed. It felt like a scam.
I had interviews with two VPs from Europe over two weeks. The interviews were medium difficulty and included technical questions on IT asset management and behavioral questions about my experience with ERP systems.
