This interview was pretty dry. The interviewer seemed to not really get what the job was about. They wanted one person to do all the marketing and the salary offer was really low. It was difficult to have a conversation because the interviewer didn't know much about the role.
The interview questions were really thorough, and I got to meet a lot of smart people. There were several rounds of interviews, and each person had a different set of questions. It was a long day, but I enjoyed talking with everyone.
The interview was pretty laid-back. The interviewer showed up in a hoodie and jeans, making it feel more like a casual chat than a formal Q&A. My skills and experience were more important than my degree. Everyone seemed really welcoming.
