They sent a 3 hour programming test via Hackerrank with one week to finish. If they do not like your results they will send you a very rude email saying that your programming skills aren't good enough, as if your time was not valuable.
They gave me a take-home test to do at home, where I had to create a page using React.js and Node.js and upload it to GitHub. This test had to be completed within 4 days. Then, in the interview, they asked me technical questions related to the test I submitted. Finally, there was a group logic test.
The whole interview thing took FOREVER, like more than 6 weeks and 6 separate meetings (mostly phone calls) with the recruiter, the manager, the tech folks, and the main hiring group. It was kinda cool to keep moving forward, but it felt like they asked the same stuff over and over again during screening, which was pretty annoying. They should totally know if you're a good fit way sooner than the last round. It seemed like they weren't really talking to each other between the different teams involved.
