Candidate-reported interview process

Recruiter phone screen about my EM experience, then a coding interview with the engineering director. After that, there were 6 virtual onsite rounds: API and Data Model design, System design, a technical deep dive on my projects and challenges, a behavioral/fitment round, a product-level round, and a director-level round. It was about 7 hours total. A few days after, the recruiter asked for a time to discuss feedback post-debrief but never followed up after I provided my availability. Felt like a waste of time, probably their way of saying no. Wouldn't do it again.

Had a few chats with a really nice recruiter. Then a phone screen followed by a technical interview. The recruiter asked for my availability for another chat, but after I gave it, I never heard back.

I applied online and then emailed the recruiter directly because I had a referral. We set up the first screening call, and it seemed like my background was a good match for what they needed. They said they'd let me know about the next steps. But then... nothing. I sent three follow-up emails over the next two weeks, and still no response.
