The interview process was really quick and straightforward. First, I had a screening call with the hiring manager. Then, I spoke with the VP of the team. Finally, there was a panel interview with several team members.
The interview process included a phone screening, a chat with the hiring manager, and a case study. The initial HR screening and the meeting with the manager seemed to go well, and then there was a case study to do. Even though things went well, they ended up going with another applicant before the case study was even finished. No regrets, I just wish they had let me know before I put in the work for the case study.
There were four phases in the interview process. It began with an initial video call, which was okay. Following that, there was an assessment. Then, a panel interview included a presentation based on homework that was assigned, along with a 2-hour assessment and four questions, which then led into a discussion.
