So the process was super long. First, an HR screen, then a software assessment with 12 questions and a 2-hour limit. After that, I met the manager. Then I got a project where I had to present my findings to a panel. On top of that, I had another software assessment with 4 questions and a 1-hour limit. Finally, I had individual meetings with two panel members, and the whole thing ended with a 12-minute, 50-question aptitude test. I waited over 3 weeks for a response, following up multiple times with no reply. During that waiting period, I got another job offer and accepted it before ever hearing back from them.
It started with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview. After that, I had an Excel test based on a prompt. Then I interviewed with four team members, followed by a final interview with the Hiring Manager. Everything was remote, either by phone or Zoom.
I applied for an analyst role and the hiring manager reached out. We had an interview, and then I spoke with someone else on their team. About a month after that, they gave me an Excel test. After the test, I didn't hear back. A few months later, I got a generic rejection email.
