Candidate-reported interview process

There were 5 interviews in total, starting with a screening call. One of the interviews was a mock sales call. It was pretty straightforward, but if you need help, don't hesitate to ask the coordinator for guidance before the interview.

I applied online and they got back to me the very next day. I first spoke with a recruiter. Then, I went through three rounds of interviews. The first was with the recruiter, the second with the manager, and the final one was a long Zoom call, over 2 hours, with four people. I passed the take-home assignment. I felt I was well-prepared and interviewed well, being polite and professional. I didn't get the job, and I suspect it might be because I didn't "look" the part, which is a shame. I'm not sure what else I could have done, but it seems they might be looking for very specific people who fit a certain image.

Applied on LinkedIn, and the recruiter got back to me in about 3-4 days to set up a 30-minute phone chat. The interview went really well, and my past experience seemed to be a good fit. The recruiter then asked if she could pass my details to the hiring manager, which I agreed to. She mentioned they'd contact me directly in 2-3 days to arrange a second phone interview and confirmed she was sending my info over right away at the end of our call. I sent a thank-you email, but unfortunately, I got a rejection email just 2 days later.
