The interview process is pretty laid-back and designed to make you feel really comfortable and welcomed. They're all about appreciating new grads and are upfront about case studies and pay. They even offer classes on vent/trach to help you boost your acuity in care.
The interview process was quick, informative, and seamless. As soon as I got my license, I was able to come in and finish my onboarding, and then I could pick my cases and start working right away. Overall, it was a really smooth transition.
The recruiter was nice and to the point. They asked about my past job experience, my comfort level with different acuity levels, and mentioned they offer education classes and a two-week training period.
