I sent in my resume online, then they called me to come in for an interview at the office. After the in-person interview, they said they'd get back to me after talking to other people. They actually called the next day with a job offer, which I took.
The hiring process was pretty straightforward. Initially, I spoke with the local hiring manager about general aspects of the role. Following that, I had a second interview with the regional leaders via Zoom, which heavily featured discussions on business development.
I got a call from the Director about the Intake Coordinator role and ended up interviewing that same Friday. The Director reviewed my work history, asked why I left my last job, about past experiences, and how I handled tough situations. We also discussed career goals. Then, I had a good phone interview with the Regional Manager. I got offered the job about a week after that.
