It begins with a quick phone chat, covering basics like your motivations and relevant background. If that goes well, you're invited to a graduate event with other students. This event includes in-person interviews with a senior person, plus some other activities. Following that, there are about 2-3 more interviews with both senior and junior staff, mixing personal and professional questions.

It was pretty simple, a good experience overall. Started with a call, then I did this group thing with other applicants, and then I had 3 more interviews. The whole experience felt chill and moving forward. The interviews felt more like conversations, which was neat. I'd say the process was direct and surprisingly quick.
