The interview and decision process was fast, without wasting any time or experiencing ghosting, which was a positive. The onboarding process was also quick. The main focus was on culture fit. I interviewed with the entire team, and they all seemed great at the time.
The interview was quick and to the point. They started by sharing info about the company's background and history, which was helpful. They wanted to make sure I was a good fit for the company.
Had a screening phone call for about 20 minutes. Moved quickly to a second round a few days later with the head of the department. It was more casual and in-depth about my experience and the role. The experience was positive, although I didn't get an update on my application and only found out they'd filled the position when I asked about it a month and a half later.
