The interview process wasn't bad, and they moved pretty quickly once we connected. My first two interviews were virtual, then the last few were on-site. Everyone was very kind and walking into the office was very inviting! Interviews were not long and drawn out, and I felt comfortable in the process.
So after the initial screening I had a few interviews with different people on the team, then an onsite interview and one with a founder. The coding challenge wasn't that hard. Everyone I interviewed with was super friendly. It was 5 rounds total and I was thinking that was it, but then they called me for another one. It was frustrating that the recruiter was hard to get in touch with, as most recruiters I've dealt with are way more responsive.
It was an extensive and time-consuming process. After four rounds of interviews and reference checks, they never got back to me. Super unprofessional, especially for a company claiming to 'Amplify Light.' Honestly, save your time and don't take them seriously.
