Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was fast and it gave me a good feel for the company! The managers made the interview feel positive and comfortable! It was remote, which was great for COVID safety.

I spoke with the director of mental health programs, who was really warm and clearly passionate about her work. The chat was mostly about what I hoped to get out of the role I applied for.

It was a multi-step interview process that felt intimidating sometimes but I got the job in the end. It's important to research the organization's mission and if they are trauma-informed agencies. Group interviews are pretty common, so be ready for those. You'll also need to talk about your past experience and your long term career goals.
