I had 3 interviews in total. Two were with people, and one was with HR. The two people interviews were with a Regional Manager and then with the Regional Manager's boss. The HR person was from Indonesia.
The hiring manager and an engineer were great. They explained the job and what they needed clearly. I could ask them anything, and they gave me straight answers. They asked me about my past work and how it fits what they're looking for.
Got a call from HR to set up a phone chat with the engineering manager and the engineer who would be the new hire's supervisor. They mainly asked about my college classes and if I knew certain subjects. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview with the same three people. I was asked a few basic technical questions and some behavioral ones. After this, I was called in for a tour. During the tour, I met with the president in his office for a one-on-one chat where he confirmed my willingness to travel to plants. I got an offer less than a week after my last visit.
