Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was straightforward and had a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It wasn't excessively long, which I suspect was due to it being a part-time role. However, my interview was rescheduled to a few days later on the morning of the original date, and it was conducted in person. I also never got any notification or communication indicating that I was no longer being considered.

It was a fair interview and they answered all my questions. They explained my responsibilities if I got the job and when I should expect to hear back.

It wasn't too bad, the staff were really nice, and they were all easy to work with. It's a Christian university, so they value things like honesty and excellence.
