The interview process was pretty good and didn't seem too hard. They asked questions, and I answered them. We all seemed to understand what we were doing. They asked me if I liked it, and I said yeah.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was an initial screening with HR that took about 30 minutes. After that, I had conversations with both the hiring manager and the CEO, each lasting around 30 minutes. To finish, there was a 30-minute spelling and grammar test. The communication throughout was clear, and everyone I spoke with was really nice. Even though it didn't work out, the hiring manager was kind enough to give me some pointers on how I did.
I had an initial 30-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager. It was a pretty casual chat where they asked all the usual stuff about my background, experiences, and what categories I'm into. They also told me about the team and the company. After that, I sent two follow-up emails, but they never got back to me on either. It's frustrating to be ghosted after putting in the time to apply, prep, and interview. Not a great look.
