Andoscia Communications Interview Questions

I applied for the job after seeing it online. A recruiter called me a few days later, and that was like a phone interview. After that, before the in-person interview I had scheduled for the following week, they asked me to answer a few more questions in writing. The in-person interview went well. After talking with people one-on-one, I just had to complete some paperwork. About a week later, they called with an offer, which I assume was after my background check and everything else was cleared.
