The interview process started with a culture assessment. I was told that if I didn't seem like a good fit, the interview would be terminated right there. I met with two people from their culture team. After that, I met with an HR rep and then spoke with the hiring manager. It all seemed to go well. I sent thank you notes. After a couple of weeks of silence, I reached out to the HR person for an update. She said she was on vacation but hoped to have news soon. It's been 2 months and the job seems to be filled. I would have expected some basic courtesy letting me know I wasn't a match.
The interview process has a unique culture interview first to filter out people who won't fit. It's a good way to make sure the company culture stays the same. Once you pass that, you move on to the next step with leadership.
I went through 3 interviews over 2 weeks, and it was a panel type interview. They didn't ask a lot of technical questions. The process was organized and straightforward, with lots of communication from the hiring manager. They offered me the job over the phone, and I received an acceptance letter the following week.
