It was pretty unprofessional. We started with a 20-minute phone screening that was super basic. Then, I was supposed to have a 2-hour interview, split into two 1-hour sessions with different people, back-to-back on the same day. I did the first part, but they cut it short by 15 minutes, didn't let me ask most of my questions, and seemed rushed. The second part with the other interviewers got cancelled because someone couldn't make it. I responded to reschedule, but they never got back to me and just sent a rejection email. I feel like it was unprofessional that they didn't even try to reschedule the interview they cancelled and then just rejected me without much feedback.
The interview process was simple and straightforward. The interviewers were nice and engaged throughout the process, which was appreciated. I thought the people I spoke with gave me a good sense of the culture here as well.
It was 3 rounds. First-round is with their internal recruiter, then the manager of the office, then the exec board. Normal questions you would expect: they want to see that you have a competitive complex to yourself
