The people scheduled to interview me for this role weren't there, and the interviewers who did show up from other teams seemed uninterested. One manager I spoke with implied that the job was probably going to someone already working there, suggesting I'd start as a broker. HR didn't give me any feedback after I asked for it. It felt like the whole thing was just going through the motions.
The interview process had multiple rounds, With not much indication of forward momentum. It was not made clear what some of the support would be for writing one's own estimates would look like and how one could best achieve accurate results.
The interview process was very thorough but also very easy. They asked about driving skills, if you have your trucking license, if you drive a forklift and a truck. The people were really nice and easy going.
