i had a group interview with two people from the firm. it was super light and mostly behaviorals. they went around and asked us different questions and sometimes asked follow-ups. remember to ask them questions too.
The interview process started with an initial conversation with HR, where they focused on getting to know me and verifying details on my resume. Following that, there were two more interviews with partners or managers. These interviews featured questions more in line with standard behavioral interview questions. I found the overall process to be very smooth and less rigid and impersonal compared to interviews at large accounting firms, which I appreciated. A significant part of the interviews also involved me asking them questions.
The interview process involved three consecutive 30-minute interviews with a senior associate, a manager, and a director. It was a nice experience meeting people from different levels; they were all really sweet.
