The interview experience was very relaxed. I met one of the MDs at my university's career fair and had a great chat with him. I was surprised he was the one interviewing me. We continued our conversation from the career fair, so it didn't feel like a formal interview. He was very personable and asked questions that flowed naturally from our discussion instead of grilling me.
It was in person and pretty chill. The managers just asked about my resume and why I wanted to work there. Just be chill but professional and you'll do fine.
I had an interview with two partners from the tax department. They asked me questions about my resume, especially about my studies and my internships. They were very interested in knowing what I had done during my internship period and everything I had learned.
