The interview process involved several steps: an initial chat with HR, followed by a theoretical interview, and then a practical test. This whole thing is for an internship position. They asked theoretical questions about Python, with complexity varying but always relevant.
The interview process was a bit lengthy, starting with a first screening round and then an AI interview. This was followed by a technical interview that lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The final round was with the hiring manager, who was very helpful and gave me advice on how to improve.
The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and asked if I was okay with combining the screening and technical interview into a single call. After I agreed, they asked for my permission for an AI agent to evaluate my answers to the technical questions and provide detailed feedback that they would share with me. The interview was about an hour long. Following that, the recruiter gave me a "pre-offer" and mentioned that another interview with the client was necessary. After that, they simply observed me.
