Andersen Lab Frontend Engineer interviews, decoded.

This interview focused on your experience and interesting cases from your work. There was some theory and practical tasks, but they were all relevant to your job tasks. The interview was conducted in a low-pressure environment.

The whole interview process lasted a month. I had to chase HR to get things moving. There were about 6 steps: HR, Technical, English check, Project Manager, English training, and Technical training. I got a Pre Offer and then had to wait 3 weeks for a final interview with the client, which never happened. Eventually, I was told the position was closed. Total waste of time.

I had a good experience with them all through the interview process. After I passed the test, I had two interviews with HR and then two more technical interviews online. We couldn't reach an agreement on the contract terms in the end.
