Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was remote which made it feel less stressful. It was a nice interview and the questions were clear. If you're well-prepared, passing should be straightforward.

I had an interview with Anderson. It was a technical interview where I had to record my answers to questions. No interviewer was present; they said AI would evaluate it. The recruiter hasn't shared any results. I followed up but still got no word back. It felt unprofessional.

The interviewer and her assistant asked me a bunch of questions, like 20, about my experience, what I know, and my skills. I also had to do a test for my English level. They really went deep on questions about labor regulatory stuff, and also asked me about my communication skills.
