Candidate-reported interview process

We started with me talking about myself and going through my resume. Then, they asked me some behavioral questions about situations I've been in. Finally, I got to ask them some questions.

It was 3 rounds total, starting with a phone call, then a zoom meeting, and finally a 3-hour long interview which included a tour, meeting the larger team, and then lunch with potential coworkers. The whole process took more than a month. They really made it seem like I was going to get the job, but then they just strung me along until they gave me the rejection with only positive feedback and nothing constructive.

The interview process was smooth, communicative, and helpful. The recruiter and other interviewers were friendly and genuinely wanted to get to know me and how I would fit in with the firm.
