So I had a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter first, and then a week later, I spoke with the hiring manager. Both were good chats, very informative. The hiring manager interview was a mix of behavioral and past experience stuff. It took about three weeks after that to hear back.
The on-site interview consisted of four one-hour sessions. It was quite exhausting but generally straightforward. About 90% of the questions were behavioral, asking for examples of past experiences, which are manageable if you have some background.
The interview process utilized a behavioral response method. The interviewer presented hypothetical work or life situations and asked for personal examples. They specifically inquired about the actions taken and the outcomes.
