I applied online, then had a phone screening and one in-person interview. The HR team kept me updated well. The process wasn't too long, but it took a bit to confirm my work location.
The interview had two parts. First, behavioral questions were asked by two interviewers, one with one year at the company and another a senior person. Then there was a technical question at the end that was a bit hard but if you know what you are doing, it is pretty easy.
After applying online, I received a response about 3 to 4 weeks later. My interview was scheduled for 5 days after we spoke. It was a really great experience. They asked more behavioral questions than technical ones. The interviewer seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and tried to keep the conversation relaxed. I heard back within a week.
