Candidate-reported interview process
First, I had a chat with the recruiter. After that, I was given a design take-home assignment, but they didn't ask about my availability or when I could complete it. Finally, there was a culture interview.
I started with a quick chat with the Club Exec, and then the recruitment team took over for a 2-step interview process. This included a practical task and a chat about HR and culture. All interactions were really positive.
It was a three part process. First, a general chat with someone from AND's recruitment team. Second, a role specific conversation with a tech lead, and me presenting back my solution to a prearranged challenge. The third was a cultural interview, to see if both myself and AND shared the same values.
