It was pretty straightforward. They asked probing questions, talked a lot about the existing work and the usual challenges, and specifically about using AI to solve client problems and speed up coding.
The interview was a three-part online process that tested my skills, how I fit the company culture, and if I aligned with their goals. First, there was a technical interview to check my technical skills and problem-solving, with questions about my experience, coding problems, and real-world scenarios. Then, a cultural fit interview to see if my values and work ethic matched the company's mission. Finally, an HR chat about my career goals, expectations, and the job details. It was thorough but not too hard. The interviewers were nice and professional, making it a good experience.
Had a phone call, then a technical interview, followed by a cultural interview. The people I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. It felt more like a pleasant conversation than a rigorous evaluation. The interview wasn't overly challenging. They were quick and transparent about letting me know the outcome.
