We went over some Terraform code that was provided beforehand. It wasn't too complex. They also asked stuff about operating systems, bash, networking, managing secrets, and how we do deployments. The technical part felt pretty chill. The culture fit part was mainly about my past work and if I've mentored others. The HR person was really pushing for a decision, which felt a bit awkward.

The process was straightforward. First, there's a cultural interview, then a technical test. If you do well in those stages, you'll be invited to the final stage, which is the technical interview.

Started with a quick 15-20 min chat with the recruiter about my background and current job situation. Then got a Terraform tech test via email to complete in my own time, with a week to finish it. After that, I had a casual Culture interview focusing on my motivations, thought process, and how I'd handle different scenarios. The last stage was a relaxed 30-min Technical interview, asking about my past experience and cloud knowledge. The final 15 minutes of that interview involved discussing my Terraform tech test, including my solution choices and some Terraform-specific questions.
