I had a really bad experience. I was supposed to have an initial interview, but I waited on the call for over 10 minutes and nobody showed up. I eventually left the call. Later that day, I got an email saying the job was already filled. It was so unprofessional and a total waste of my time and energy. The recruitment team really needs to keep track of the roles they are hiring for so they don't waste candidates' time like this.
The first stage of the interview process involved creating a presentation using a case study. Then, for the second stage, there were competency-based questions. Overall, it was a really positive experience!
Even though the interview went really good, best that I had given so far, but the interviewer did give lame reasons for not selecting.
