It was a two stage interview process. The first was a cultural interview, which was more like a casual chat to get to know you and see if your values align with the company. The second was a technical interview where they asked specific questions about your specialisms and areas of interest.
So first there was a basic interview, like why do you want to work here and stuff. Then they talked about a project they wanted you to do, which is a pretty basic programming project. You then have to act like an employee and present your project back to a 'client.' If you get through those interviews, there's a final culture interview. It's more of a general interview, but it's pretty important so make sure you're ready!
I applied online with my CV and cover letter. First, I had a phone interview where they asked about me, my coding skills, agile experience, and company/salary expectations. Then, I got a technical assessment by email to code a solution for. After that, I went to an assessment centre, which was fun. It included a group exercise and a 1-1 interview where I presented a case study solution and answered questions about my motivation and skills. The people were nice and the atmosphere was relaxed. I got feedback fast after the assessment centre. It was a great experience.
