Candidate-reported interview process

It was a very relaxed and straightforward process. It seems like they're eager to hire and ready to train. I spoke first with the department lead, and then with other team members. After a few days, they extended an offer.

This was a very well organized interview. The HR person was really nice and helpful. It was a small panel interview with two people. They asked questions to see if my skills were a good fit for what they needed.

I interviewed with the supervisor, manager, and VP, and then there was a short test. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The interview went really smoothly. I am excited about the possibility of joining the Ancillare team.
