I went through 3 interviews (1 phone call, 2 zoom calls) and it took about 2 weeks. The whole process moved at a good pace, and they got back to me quickly after each step. It was a smooth and easy process!
I applied on their website and heard back the next day to schedule a phone interview. The person I spoke with was really nice and open about what they were looking for and their timeline. A day later, I got an email to set up a second interview, which was a Zoom call with my potential supervisor. She was also super nice, friendly, and straightforward. A few days after that, they called to offer me the job.
Had a good phone interview process with HR, felt respectful. It was pretty standard for phone interviews, you know? Just gotta be ready to explain how your past jobs helped you get ready for this one.
