Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter reached out and then set up an interview. It was pretty straightforward, focusing on basic concepts and sometimes intricate specifics. Unfortunately, I never heard back after the interview.

The first interview was pretty basic with some general background questions about myself and then learning about Gartner. A second interview was scheduled but I never got the call. After rescheduling, the second interview had some tough personal questions that I wasn't expecting.

The interviewers weren't that experienced and seemed to care more about memorization than understanding concepts. The recruiter was scrambling to find an interviewer, maybe they were out of office or in a meeting.
