Candidate-reported interview process

It was a very eloquent process, made me feel at ease and we got to talk about the job at hand, feeling that both parties had the others' best interests in mind.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had to go to the district office to ensure my licensure and certifications were up to date. Then, the elementary school contacted me to schedule an interview with the principal there. It was an easy and positive experience overall.
