First, I had a phone call with the hiring manager. Then, I had an in-person interview with three team members. They asked me about my past experiences and about how I'd handle certain situations. It was a good interview. I haven't gotten an offer yet, but I think it's coming soon.
Had a basic one on one with the department supervisor/manager. They asked me some basic questions about my interests and knowledge of basic tech, I'm sure to gauge my Qa'ing aptitude. Was given a relatively simple test. The whole interview was maybe 30-40 minutes long.
The interview was pretty straightforward and simple. They asked direct questions. It's not super important to know a lot about the company, but they do want you to be knowledgeable about insurance. They were clear about what the job entails.
