Got an email a few days after applying. They don't read your resume and ask questions that could've been answered if they did. Terrible communication. They were trying to underpay someone who was overqualified.
The interview process really just focused on how long the interview took. They didn't even let me finish introducing myself, which felt very unprofessional and like a waste of my time. They didn't ask the usual behavior questions, but instead threw a bunch of accounting questions at me to try and embarrass me. You can probably guess why I got rejected after that. I tried to be professional and nice, but they didn't seem to care about my efforts.
Went through on campus recruiting. Had an initial meet and greet first. Then for second rounds, I was interviewed by a partner and two managers. They were all nice and didn't ask tough questions, mostly focused on getting to know my personality.
