Candidate-reported interview process

I got contacted pretty fast for a phone interview. First, I had a chat with HR, and then about a week later, I spoke with the team lead I'd be reporting to. A week after that, I went in for an onsite interview where I met some of the team members I'd be collaborating with. They were all really responsive throughout the whole process.

Applied online via smart recruiters. A recruiter set up a phone call to discuss my past work and technical background. Then, I received an online coding challenge to complete within two days. The task was straightforward and I finished it early. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up or update on my application status. My attempts to reach out via email and phone were unsuccessful. I feel it's a basic courtesy for a company or recruiter to provide feedback, which was missing here. Very disappointed!

I applied online and the whole process took about a week. The first stage was a technical interview. We spent the first 20 minutes discussing my projects and the development tools I've worked with. For the remaining 25 minutes, I completed an online coding challenge via collabedit. Unfortunately, despite feeling like I did well, I didn't move on to any further stages.
