Started with a phone screen from HR. Super easy. Next was a phone interview w/ hiring manager - nothing too difficult, he just described the job and asked questions about my resume and work history. Next were in-house interviews with the hiring manager and 2 peers. not tough
I had a few one-on-one phone calls, then two more phone chats in a single day. It was pretty straightforward, though a few of the interviewers seemed unprepared. One asked me to walk through my background, which I found odd given they had my resume. I doubted they had actually read it. When asked about overseeing TV commercial creation, I confirmed I had, as the answer seemed obvious from the context.
A recruiter from HR called me for an initial screening that lasted about 15-20 minutes. They asked basic questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'tell me about your experience that's relevant to the position you've applied for.' They also asked about my current verifiable salary. About a week later, I was invited to the office for a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager, which lasted around 30 minutes. I also had two separate 15-minute interviews with peers I'd be working with daily. These were all very traditional interviews.
