you get an email to schedule a phone interview, then after that phone interview you get an email with details about the company address and parking. Also you get a simple assignment to submit before the actual in office interview. After the office interview you might wait for a couple of weeks to get the offer or not
I got an email saying they got my application and would contact me if I was a good fit. A few days later, another email asked about my availability for a call. I had a quick phone chat to set up the in-person interview. Then, an email came with the details like directions and parking info. The actual interview had two people interviewing me at once. I think I might have been a bit overdressed since they were in jeans.
Most people apply online, but I went to a job fair. After that, I met with 2 managers who asked me a bunch of questions and I also took a simple technology test. They usually reply via email. You gotta be there for a couple of weeks of training.
