The process was pretty smooth, it involved two interviews and an assessment that was technically intensive, but overall it was a good experience. The HR person was really helpful, explaining the whole process and how disposition adds value and integrates into the organizational structure.

The interview process was fine. It started with HR, then I did a test to show my knowledge about the requirements for the position, followed by two interviews with the position manager. The problem was after being approved. I got the job offer, signed it, and then received an automatic email saying the offer was cancelled. I didn't know if it was a mistake. HR finally responded some days later after I sent some emails, saying the owner decided to promote an internal employee.

You'll have an HR round, then an interview with your direct manager, and finally with the director of your team. They'll ask direct questions, and having SAP experience is a bonus.
