The hiring process took about two months. I first got a Microsoft Teams invitation via email after applying on the Anas website. Then, I had a roughly one-hour interview with both HR and the technical lead. They were upfront about the salary for an A1 profile, mentioning they don't negotiate. The offer came about a month later.
The interview process was very thorough and professional, covering personal development as well as technical aspects. There were many open-ended questions that required discussing personal experience. The interview was pleasant and relaxed.
Got contacted by a temp agency about 2 months after sending my CV. The interview was pretty chill. Simple questions, focused on personal experiences. The interview never got followed up. I don't know the selection outcome.
