Candidate-reported interview process
I had 2 interviews, one with the recruiter and another one with a Solutions Architect. Then I was asked to do an assessment. After I asked some questions about the assessment, the recruiter just ghosted me.
The interview went really well and was mostly technical questions. I was asked about Snowflake, and I mentioned I had no experience with it. I thought I'd be invited for a second interview, but the recruiter later told me I answered the Snowflake questions incorrectly and they wouldn't be moving forward with me. I don't recommend this company.
I was excited about the job opportunity but the interviewer was unprepared, asked irrelevant questions, and seemed disinterested. No opportunity to ask questions. Left feeling disrespected and uncertain about the company culture. Never received feedback.
