I had to go through 5 interviews before even being considered. The interviewers seemed clueless and were unclear about the job description. Overall, it was a bad experience.
Found the job on Indeed and applied on the company website. Got a call a couple weeks later for a phone screening with some basic questions. About a week after that, I went for an in-person interview in Colorado. I paid for my own travel but had family there, so the company was cool about letting me pick a date when I'd be in town anyway. The in-person involved 5 back-to-back 30-minute interviews with different people, from an Analyst to the SVP.
I applied through my college job board. I had a phone screen with a current analyst and then was invited to an in-person interview onsite. During the interview, 4 different people came up one by one to interview me. Each gave me some behavioral questions and a few threw in some puzzles or case-like questions to brainstorm with. I think I was a backup candidate as I wasn't given the final answer until a deadline I had for another offer.
