So basically, we start with looking at your resume, then there's like an HR or technical screen. After that, you might get a problem-solving or case study to do. Then there are behavioral interviews and a final chat with the manager. We're trying to see if you have the right skills, if your experience matches, how well you communicate, and if you'd fit in with the team before we make a job offer.
I had a walk-in interview in Gurgaon. The support was always cordial. The team managers are very nice and the onboarding process is quiet smooth and well organized. I liked the company's portfolio and applied through a reference and got an offer.
The whole thing took less than a month. You should prepare topics related to the job. Also, they'll look at your soft skills and your analytical, reasoning, and English grammar abilities. It's a good idea to study past questions and exam materials.
