The interview process is in stages like most companies. The main difference is you will have an interview with the president of the company, potentially before you interview with the department manager you are going to be working for.
The interview process was super chill. I started in January and went through at least three more interviews before it was all done. Everything was remote on Zoom, and each interview was pretty typical, lasting about 30 mins to an hour. They weren't really focused on technical stuff, more curious about my long-term commitment to the role. The company was really professional throughout, and it was a good experience overall. My only gripe is the timeline – it took about 7 months, which felt longer than usual.
This company's hiring process was really weird, it went on for 3 months and had over 10 interviews. They told me I had the job and then a week before I was supposed to start, they said they were 'restructuring' and rescinded the offer. The company seemed really paranoid, like they were concerned about whether I had other job prospects.
