The interview process was pretty straightforward. They didn't ask anything too hard, mostly just inquired about my background. I spoke with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager, but after that, they kind of just went silent.
It was a really simple interview. They just asked some basic questions to see how I'd fit in with the team and how my skills would apply to the business. Overall, it was one of the easiest interviews I've had.
I went through 2 phone interviews, then had a full day of on-site interviews. The on-site involved presenting my thesis to the team I'd be joining, followed by 8 one-on-one interviews. After that, there was a factory visit and a demo of an instrument. The hiring manager made sure everything went smoothly, and it was a great experience.
