The panel was friendly. They did one technical interview that lasted almost an hour, and after that, there was an HR round. It was a nice experience. The questions were pretty basic, so just make sure your basics are clear to get the offer.

The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. The initial phone screen went well, and the recruiter provided a good overview of the role. Then, there was a four-week period of no contact. The recruiter eventually reached out again to set up a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. I received feedback the next day to interview with the head of the department. After that, I was ghosted again for another four weeks. It seems like they're very proactive when they need something from you, but then they disappear. It would be great to at least get an email update on the status. This interview experience has been frustrating.

It was okay but I got skeptical during the interview because of how they asked the questions. It was fine until they asked about why my university does things and I'm not sure if that was relevant to the job description.
